  • 1.5 large cucumbers – ~51 cal

  • 1.5 cups watermelon – ~69 cal

  • 0.6 medium red onion – ~24 cal

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar – ~42 cal

  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil – ~180 cal

  • Sea salt + black pepper to taste
