Total body focused programming with targeted exercises for a toned upper body, tight core & a kick-ass lower body.



• 4 week program
• Each week progresses off the last
• 3 days/week
• DB Track - intermediate 
• Bodyweight Track - Beginner

As in all other online programs there will be:
- Weekly check-ins
- Demo Videos
- App Access
