Blaze Bodyweight is perfect for beginners, or for those who are looking to get back into things with short bodyweght workouts that will work up a sweat but won't leave you wrecked!

• Each week progresses off the last
• 3 days/week
• DB Track - intermediate 
• Bodyweight Track - Beginner

As in all other online programs there will be:
- Weekly check-ins
- Demo Videos
- App Access
