4 things you can do to begin January 1 stronger than you ever have:

  1. Front load your water in the day. Upon waking drink one full glass of water. Carry a liter of water with you.

  2. Eat fruit for your first meal: Even just an apple will do

  3. For your holiday dinner(s) fill your plate with 2/3 veggies, a carb & protein. Then, go back & eat whatever you want.

  4. If you wake up feeling groggy or want to do a mini detox first thing in the morning. Squeeze one lemon & add a bit of ginger to it!


REST & RELAX move each day, get outside even if just for a few minutes.
